Sharing in Growth’s third annual All STAR networking showcase will take place at the Novotel London West on Thursday 23 May.
Invitees include all beneficiaries as well as VIPs from primes, government and stakeholders. The event will feature top industry speakers and best practice case study showcase from programme participants. It will culminate in an awards dinner to celebrate winning case studies and also a new award for top team leaders attending Sharing in Growth’s Lighthouse Team Leader Academy.
The Team Leader Award will recognise who has demonstrated the practical application of skills learnt on the academy. Beneficiaries can nominate a team leader for an award by 26 April and selected nominees will be invited to attend the All STAR event.
Programme participants have until 29 March to submit a case study for the showcase which will automatically enter them in the best practice awards. As well as the winners selected to share their case study at the event, there will be special recognition trophies awarded based on Sharing in Growth’s values.
Sharing in Growth All STAR awards
Our judging panel will choose three case studies that best demonstrate the Sharing in Growth values – Inspire, Integrity and Ikigai – to receive special recognition at the awards dinner and at a follow-up on-site celebration. The criteria are:
Inspire – Challenge, Motivate and Change
Recognition of a company that demonstrates a huge culture change within the business, whereby the organisation has established a clear vision, mission and huge ambition that is leading to major growth within the business for both sales and people.
Integrity – Do what’s right, do it well, when you say you will
Recognition of a company that demonstrates the completion of a major project in challenging timescales, that contributes to the delivery of the company’s vision, mission and strategy. The project should be ambitious, and able to articulate the impact to quality, delivery and productivity within the business.
Ikigai – Passion and purpose in everything we do
Recognition of a company that demonstrates all aspects of Sharing in Growth’s “schematic”. The beneficiary can articulate the vision, mission, values and behaviours through leading a major culture change, and has delivered multiple transformation projects that have impacted quality, delivery and productivity. The company is realising their ambition, growing in confidence and winning business in line with their investment proposal.
