Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th November 2019
The Aerospace Technology Institute will be hosting its second conference at the VOX Centre, Resorts World, Birmingham. The conference will run over two full days, with a dinner and drinks reception on the first evening.
The conference will tackle two main themes: the first day focuses on the technological challenges and opportunities facing the global industry today, while the second day looks to new horizons and disruptive changes in future air transport systems. There will be four breakout sessions each day that will be run in parallel in two rooms. This year delegates are not asekd to sign up for the sessions – both rooms hold up to 220 delegates and each session, along with the plenary sessions will be filmed.
There are two new elements for this year’s conference. The ATI is offering free exhibition space for companies that can demonstrate new and innovative ideas for UK aerospace; in particular the organisers want to hear from smaller companies that could benefit from the platform to reach a wide audience.
The ATI would also like to hear from companies interested in pitching. They are looking for companies with novel technology or solutions that are open to collaboration. Pitches will be limited to three minutes, followed by a two-minute Q&A. Feedback from assembled experts will be provided after the event.
There will also be a showcase of ATI Programme exhibits.
Ticket prices are £350 for the first day (which includes dinner), £300 for the second day or a combined two-day ticket for £500.
