Sigmatex wins best Sharing in Growth All STAR award

Sigmatex has celebrated both winning an 2019 All STAR best practice sharing award and having two team leaders gain accreditation for completing the Sharing in Growth Lighthouse Team Leader Academy and successfully demonstrating their learning.

The company, which specialises in the design and manufacture of cutting-edge carbon fibre products, welcomed Sharing in Growth board member Nick Devey, who made the presentation to general manager Paul McMullen and team leaders Danny Buckett and Andy Shaw.

Scott Tolson, Sigmatex CEO, summarised the impact of SiG’s business transformation programme. He said: “Sharing in Growth has supported Sigmatex in developing its practices in line with our rapidly growing industry, which has transformed our culture and boosted our business performance. The programme has assisted us in adopting a new standard, capable of achieving longer term growth, enabling Sigmatex to further strengthen its position as one of the world’s leading carbon fibre converters.”
